Please email us with your support requests, comments and questions. We will respond to you as soon as possible to begin the process of assisting you with your request. Your information will be treated in the strictest confidence and will not be disclosed to anyone outside of Argus for any reason.
Customers with support contracts should use the contact methods stated in your support agreement documentation.

A Guide to Suggested Information to include with your requests.
When contacting technical support to report an issue and ask for
assistance, please provide the following information in your initial report.
1. Basic system information. This includes, but is not limited to the
following information:
a. Operating System (i.e., AIX, Linux, Solaris) and version.
b. Argus product on the system (i.e., Foundation, LX) and version.
c. Patch level of the system.
d. Hardware the issue on which the issue is occurring.
e. If you have access to one of our system information gathering
scripts (sysinfo.sh) please run it and send us the results.
2.Basic description of the problem.
a. Is the system operational?
b. A description of the problem.
c. A list of subsystems affected by the problem (if known).
d. When does the problem occur and under what circumstances (if
known)?
e. Is this reproducible? If so, how?
3.Did the system panic?
a. If so, were the crash dumps saved?
b. If there are crash dumps, send them to us or make them available
to us.
4.Does a base system have the same issue?
5.Did the system operate as expected prior to (Foundation Suite/LX)
installation?
6.Were any console messages displayed? Are there any log files dealing
with this issue? If so, include them or let us know how to get them.
7.If there is a problem with a particular software package, what version
of the software/package is being run?
8.If it is a problem with a process or a program, note the behavior
under the following conditions:
a. On a Foundation Suite system, run it with PV_ROOT
b. On an LX system, run it as LX unaware root.
